Aprico or peach glaze

Ingredients

1 cup Apricots or peaches
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Salad oil
¼ teaspoon Liquid smoke (optional)
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Finely chopped green onions

Directions

Puree fruits or place in electric blender until smooth. Add remaining ingredients in saucepan and simmer 8 to 12 minutes. Makes about 1⅓ cups. Baste on barbequing chicken, lamb or pork during last 20 minutes cooking time.
