Apricot or peach glaze

1 | cup | Apricots or peaches |
3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
2 | tablespoons | Salad oil |
¼ | teaspoon | Liquid smoke (optional) |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Finely chopped green onions |
Directions
Puree fruits or place in electric blender until smooth. Add remaining ingredients in saucepan and simmer 8 to 12 minutes. Makes about 1⅓ cups. Baste on barbequing chicken, lamb or pork during last 20 minutes cooking time.
