Artichoke casserole

1 | can | (14-oz) artichoke hearts; drained and quartered |
1 | pounds | Longhorn or Rat cheese; grated |
6 | Eggs; beaten |
Directions
Place artichokes on the bottom of a greased 8x8 pan. Top with cheese. Pour beaten eggs over cheese. Bake at 350ø for 45 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
