| 1 | can | (8-oz) artichokes; quartered |
| 2 | packs | Frozen chopped spinach; cooked & drained |
| 1 | Stick butter or margarine; melted | |
| 1 | pack | (8-oz) cream cheese |
| ⅓ | pounds | Bacon; fried crisp & crumbled |
| Parmesan cheese | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except bacon & cheese in a casserole. Put bacon & cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
