Spinach-artichole casserole

Ingredients

2 10-oz packages frozen
Chopped spinach, thawed &
Well drained
1 6-oz jar marinated artichoke
Hearts, drained (I like Cara
Mia brand sold in produce)
2 3-oz pkgs cream cheese, soft
2 tablespoons Butter or margerine, soften
¼ cup Milk
¼ teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons Grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Combine spinach and artichokes in a large bowl. Combine cream cheese and next 3 ingredients; stir into spinach mixture. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-½ quart casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake, covered, at 350-degrees for 30 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
