Asparagus with mustard sauce

2½ | pounds | Trimmed asparagus |
2 | tablespoons | Margarine |
3 | Flour | |
1 | cup | Chicken broth |
1 | cup | Skim milk |
¼ | cup | Dijon mustard |
1 | teaspoon | Fresh lemon juice |
1 | dash | Wht pepper |
Directions
Melt margarine in med. saucepan. Stir in flour, cook 1 min. Add broth and milk, stirring constantly w/ whisk. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for 5 mins. Remove from heat and whisk in mustard, lemon juice and white pepper.
