Aylesworth cheese

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Longhorn cheddar; grated |
2 | smalls | Onions; grated |
1 | cup | Or less stale beer |
½ | cup | Catsup |
3 | tablespoons | Worchestershire sauce |
4 | Shakes hot pepper sauce | |
1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
Black pepper to taste | ||
Cayenne to taste | ||
Some chopped parsley; up to 1/2 C |
Directions
Mix all ingredients, adding beer at the last. Let chill overnight. My mother used to put it in little crocks and serve it with crackers and crusty french bread.
