1 | Onion chopped | |
2 | Cloves garlic chopped | |
⅓ | Stick butter | |
4 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
10 | Plum tomatoes chopped | |
¼ | cup | White wine |
1 | Hot pepper halved and seeded | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
Sautee bacon until almost crisp. Drain. Add butter and oil. Sautee onion and garlic.Add peppers and sautee 5 min. Add tomatoes and wine, cook 15 min. REMOVE HOT PEPPER. Season with salt and pepper and serve over pasta.
