Baked mustard chicken

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Chickens, broiler-fryer; quartered
2 teaspoons Salt
½ cup Mustard, prepared
2 tablespoons Vinegar
2 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Oil, salad
1 teaspoon Thyme, dried leaf
¼ teaspoon Ginger, ground

Directions

Sprinkle salt on both sides of chicken. Place skin side up in foil-lined shallow baking pan. Combine other ingredients and spoon over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, basting occasionally.
