Directions
Recipe by: Quick & Easy Diabetic Menus Preparation Time: 0:15 Prepare skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium until hot. In a shallow bowl, combine egg whites, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and bananas. Dip bread slices into the mixture and place on heated skillet and cook until browned on one side, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Turn over and cook about 2 to 3 minutes more on other side. Repeat with remaining mixture.
