Ingredients

| ½ | cup | pecans |
| 3 | cups | whole wheat flour |
| 1½ | cup | mashed banana |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt |
| 1 | cup | warm water |
| 3 | tablespoons | maple syrup |
| 1 | teaspoon | maple extract |
Directions
All the ingredients except the water should be at room temperature befo= re starting. Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "Whole Wheat". Press "Start".
