Barbecue sauce for ribs

4 | tablespoons | Cilantro or sub favorite |

1 | can | (6 oz) |
⅓ | cup | Lime juice |
¼ | cup | Honey |
1 | cup | Dark brown sugar |
2 | tablespoons | (to 5) |
⅓ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | tablespoon | (to 1) |
½ | cup | Beer |
1 | Tomato paste | |
1 | Tabasco sauce -- to taste | |
1 | White pepper -- to taste |
Directions
Cook margarine, onions, cilantro and garlic in microwave for 4 mins or to desired texture. Add rest of the ingredients. Put into a medium saucepan and combine well until it boils. Watch sauce, cook and stir constantly. Cook on low heat for 20 to 30 mins for thick texture.
Adjust pepper and tabasco sauce to taste.
