Barbecued shrimp new orleans-style

2 | eaches | Lemons |
2 | tablespoons | Bayou Bang Cajun Salt-free- |

2 | ounces | Butter |
Directions
Cut shells of shrimp along vein and loosen shells around the flesh. Be careful to leave tail and shell intact. Place shrimp in a baking dish. Pour Worcestershire over shrimp. Add Bayou Bang spices. Cut lemons in half, ream out pulp and juice into baking dish and cut lemons into quarters and place in dish. Toss shrimp in the marinade until ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Arrange shrimp one deep in pan. Cut butter into thin slices and arrange evenly over top of shrimp. Marinate in refrigerator for one hour and then bake at 550 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or untl done. Cooking time depends on size of shrimp. Submitted By JOHN PERILLOUX On 09-19-95
