1 | each | Clove garlic, finely chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Barbeque spice |
1 | cup | Tomato juice |
½ | cup | Salad oil |
1 | each | Sprig of parsley, finely chopped |
¼ | cup | Findely diced celery |
1 | teaspoon | Chili powder |
¼ | cup | Vinegar |
1 | pinch | Oregano, pepper |
Directions
Saute the bacon, onion, celery and garlic in the oil until golden brown. Add other ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour.
