3 | eaches | Tb Chili powder |
1 | teaspoon | White wine vinegar |
1 | teaspoon | Allspice, ground |
1 | each | Tb Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Black pepper; freshly ground |
1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon, ground |
1 | each | Onion; chopped |
3 | eaches | Bay leaves |
Directions
YIELD: 1 SERVINGS
Pour water in a large sauce pan. Crumble in beef (do not brown). Add rest of ingredients. Simmer for about 3 hours, or to desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves before serving.
