Basic baked macaroni & cheese

Ingredients

2 cups Uncooked elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
cup Milk
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour, mustard, & salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook & stir until mixture thickens slightly (should coat the spoon). Remove from heat.

Add 1½ cup cheese; stir until melted. Stir in cooked macaroni.
