Beef with pea pods and mushrooms

½ pounds Lean beef sl thin, sm pcs
½ cup Sliced mushrooms
2 cups Pea Pods
2 tablespoons Cooking oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Wine
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 teaspoons Cornstarch

Directions

MARINADE

Marinate beef for 5 minutes. Heat oil. Add beef (including marinade) and saute over high heat until beef changes color. Add pea pods and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Serve hot. Submitted By CAROLYN MCCOMAS On 06-26-95
