Bell pepper slaw

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Thinly sliced green cabbage
2 cups Red bell pepper, julienned
¼ cup Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Celery seeds
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Makes 6 1 cup servings.
