Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Frozen unsweetened berries
12 ounces Frzn apple juice concentrate
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
¼ cup Cold water

Directions

Combine berries of your choice and undiluted apple juice concentrate in cause pan. Mix cornstarch in water until dissolved Slowly add a little of the cornstarch mixture to berry mixture while it cooks over medium temperature Continue adding cornstarch until syrup is desired thickness Serve over waffles or pancakes Makes about 2½ cups **Natures Pantry Cookbook**
