1 Yellow pepper, seeded
2 Cloves garlic, peeled
1 Habenero or scotch bonnet
Pepper, seeded
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons White vinegar
2 tablespoons Cane or corn syrup
¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
1 cup Cooked black beans, still
Firm but fully cooked

Directions
