Basic vinaigrette

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Red wine vinegar or rice wine
½ cup Water
tablespoon Apple juice concentrate
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Low-sodium soy sauce
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard no-salt added
1 dash Red (cayenne) pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients in jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well.

When mixture is well blended, place in refrigerator until served.
