Black bean-tomato salsa

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Black beans; canned
½ cup Cilantro; chopped
¼ cup Red onion; chopped
¼ cup Green onion; chopped
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
½ teaspoon Cumin
½ cup Tomatoes; chopped
Salt and pepper

Directions

This savory salsa would be good on chicken, seafood, or pork.

Mix all ingredients except tomatoes. When mixed, stir in tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
