Blue cheese and walnut sauce

¼ | cup | Sour cream |
¼ | cup | Blue cheese; crumbled |
⅓ | cup | Walnuts; finely chopped |
½ | teaspoon | Thyme; minced OR |
¼ | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
Salt and pepper |
Directions
Stir all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Taste for seasoning and spoon on top of grilled or broiled swordfish.
