---|---|---|
1 | Cube butter; melted | |
1 | cup | Graham cracker crumbs; crushed |
1 | pack | (12 oz) chocolate chips |
1 | pack | (12 oz) butterscotch chips |
⅔ | cup | Coconut flakes |
½ | cup | Chopped nuts; walnuts or almonds |
1 | can | Condensed milk; sweetened, Eagle Brand |
Directions
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and spread in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish. Layer the chips, coconut and nuts evenly over the top.
Then pour milk evenly over all this. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Top should just be beginning to brown. Watch CAREFULLY as this burns easily.
This is a flexible recipe - ingredients can be altered or amount changed to suit personal taste. The "crust" part may need more or less graham cracker crumbs - the crust should be kind of crumbly and about like a standard graham cracker crust. This recipe is SO EASY that even Wendy, my NON-cooking daughter, makes it all the time. It is NOT low cal!!
