⅓ | cup | Ginger, fresh |
⅓ | cup | Pepper, black |

1 | tablespoon | Garlic; minced |
1½ | ounce | Sesame oil |

Directions
Cover salmon with oil. Mix all other ingredients together to make marinade.
Marinate salmon overnight. Grill over mesquite until flaky.
