Salmon on the grill

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Sliced onion
1 can Peas salt and pepper
2 pounds Salmon fillets
2 Sliced carrots
2 Sliced potatoes
2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions

Place fillets on large piece of doubled aluminum foil. Cover with rest of ingredients. Salt and pepper and dot with butter or margarine. Fold ends of foil together and seal. Cook on grill about 4 inches above hot coals for about 40 minutes. -
