Broiled salmon with whole-grain mustard and sage crust

1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
4 | tablespoons | Whole-grain mustard |
4 | tablespoons | Sage, chopped or |
1 | tablespoon | Dried sage |
Directions
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil on both sides. Mix the mustard and sage together. Coat the top of each fillet with the mustard mixture. Broil the salmon for about 12-15 minutes or until the mustard coating is lightly browned. Serve hot.
