Brown beans and rice (m_c-tx)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Cooked brown pinto beans plus 1/2 cup bean juice
2 cups Cooked rice
1 pounds Hamburger, browned and drained
cup Grated cheddar cheese
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
½ teaspoon Salt
Optional: onions and green peppers, sauted and cooked with meat

Directions

Mix all together. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes or until bubbly, use 2 quart dish. Serve hot with corn bread and a green salad.
