Buttered beets and celery

6 - 8 folks

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons Onion; minced
3 tablespoons Fat;
2 cups Beets; cooked
2 cups Celery; cooked
½ teaspoon Salt;
tablespoon Vinegar;

Directions

Saute onions in fat until tender, add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly. Serves 6-8
