Butternut/sweet potato kugel

1 | large | Butternut kugel |
4 | larges | Eggs |
½ | cup | Sugar; ( taste to check if you like it sweet) (up to 1/3) |
1 | cup | Flour |
2 | Riches parve cream | |
1 | tablespoon | Parve margarine |
3 | teaspoons | Vanilla essence |
1 | Rounded teaspoon baking powder |
Directions

Peel and cook both vegs till soft in a small amount of water. Drain off water,cool and place in a processor with all the other ingriedence, process till smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a square or oblong glass dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Cover with foil lightly. 160c for about 1 to 1½ hrs till the centre is no longer soft.
