California couscous

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Chicken broth
teaspoon Ground pepper; may be doubled
1 cup Uncooked couscous
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
cup Seedless grapes
¼ cup Chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Finely chopped green onions
2 tablespoons Pine nuts

Directions

Bring broth and pepper to a boil in small saucepan. Add couscous and lemon juice; mix well, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly to mix and serve warm. Makes 4 servings as a side dish.
