Canned whole grain cereals - joann rachor

Ingredients

1¼ | cup | Cereal |
¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Place cereal and salt in quart jar. Fill with water to an inch from the top. Stir. Pressure can and 10 lbs. for 60 minutes. Try rice, millet, corn grits, barley and others. Mix two or more. (Rolled and quick oats get very mushy and gummy.) Cereals are ready to heat and serve.
Note: If using pint jars, cut the salt in half.
