Ingredients

16 | ounces | Cooked blackeyed peas |
1 | cup | Finely chopped peppers |
1 | cup | Finely chopped onions |
1 | small | Jar chopped pimientos; drained |
1 | small | Jar finely chopped jalapenos; drained |
½ | tablespoon | Fresh chopped garlic |
1 | cup | Golden Italian dressing |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 24 hours. Drain off some of the liquid as necessary. Serve on top of Pork La Prince or with tortilla chips.
