Cheese and fruit kabobs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Colby cheese; cubed
Pear chunks
8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese; cubed
Apricot chunks; kiwi slices
4 ounces Gouda cheese; cut in wedges
Grapes; apple chunks

Directions

Alternate cheesc and fruit on individual skewers. Arrange skewers on large platter. Add Port Wine and Cheddar to complete the tray.
