Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
½ cup Soft Butter
1 Egg
¼ cup Water
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Paprika
½ cup Onions (Finely Chopped)
¼ cup Parsley (Chopped) Or Flakes

Directions

Beat cheese and butter. Add egg and water. Blend. Combine flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and paprika. Add flour mixture, onions and parsley to the cheese mixture. Blend. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350øF for 15 minutes or until golden brown. May be frozen and thawed.

Reheat at 375øF for 5 minutes. Makes 8 dozen.
