Onion-cheese muffins

¾ | cup | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 | each | (3 1/2 oz.) can french-fried onions, crumbled |
1 | each | Egg |
1 | cup | Milk |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large bowl; beat 1 minute. Fill medium sized, greased muffin tins ⅔ full. Bake at 400 about 15 minutes.
Serve Warm.
