Triple cheese spread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Cottage cheese
½ cup Shredded Swiss
¼ cup Grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons Milk
teaspoon Dill weed
teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Shredded carrots
¼ cup Unsalted sunflower seeds
(opt)

Directions

In a blender or food processor, combine cheeses, milk, dill and pepper. Process until smooth. Stir in carrots. Cover and chill.

Just before serving, stir in the sunflower seeds, if desired.
