Chef bill hahne's bananas foster sauce

2 Cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 tablespoons Butter
1 cup Dark brown sugar
4 ounces Dark rum
2 ounces Banana liqueur

Directions

Melt butter and add brown sugar to form a creamy paste. Stir in liquor until smooth sauce is formed. Serve warm over warm bread pudding.
