Chefmad's potato casserole

Ingredients

8 | larges | Potatoes; boiled in their skins, peeled & grated |
½ | Stick butter; melted | |
2 | cups | Sour cream; |
⅓ | cup | Onion; grated |
2 | cups | Colby cheese; grated |
3 | Cloves garlic; pressed | |
½ | teaspoon | Salt; |
½ | teaspoon | Black pepper; |
1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup; |
2 | tablespoons | Butter; |
2 | slices | Bread; dried overnight, made into crumbs |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients except 2 Tbl. butter and bread crumbs well and place in 9x13 pan; combine butter and crumbs and spread over top. Bake 45 minutes.
