Super potato cheese casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Russet potatoes, cooked, peeled and shredded
cup Sour cream
cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1 medium Carrot, shredded
¼ cup Minced onion
2 tablespoons Minced parsley
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dill weed Dash pepper Paprika to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients except ½ cup Swiss cheese and paprika. Turn into buttered 1½ quart casserole; sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake in a preheated 350 oven30-40 minutes.
