Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Or
3 slices Fresh ginger root
½ cup Soy sauce (up to)
½ cup Vinegar
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

1. Mince ginger root; then blend well with remaining ingredients.

2. Serve in a dip dish, to accompany pork. VARIATIONS: 1. For the ginger root, substitute 2 garlic cloves, minced.

2. For the salt, substitute ½ teaspoon sugar.

3. Reduce the soy sauce to 1 tablespoon.
