4 | Small chicken breasts,split | |
1 | can | Cream mushroom soup |
⅓ | cup | Dry onion soup mix |
½ | cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |
½ | cup | Milk |

Directions
In a bowl, combine pancake mix, salt, and pepper. Roll chicken breasts in the mixture a few at a time to coat well. Place chicken in a shallow 3 qt. baking dish, overlapping slightly, if necessary.
Combine mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and milk in a small bowl and blend until smooth. Pour over the chicken. Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake at 375 F. for 60 min. Remove foil and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake uncovered 15 min. longer. Garnish with parsley.
