Reduced calorie parmesan chicken breasts

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Chicken Breasts, Boned And Skinned
1 cup Fat Free Ranch Dressing
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 cup Fat Free Parmesan Cheese
Italian Seasoning, Optional (To Taste)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Fat Free dressing in a shallow bowl. Mix together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and (optional Italian seasoning) and place mixture into another shallow bowl. Roll breasts (one at a time) in Fat Free dressing and then in bread crumb mixture. Place onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
