4 Whole chicken breasts; skinned; boned and halved
8 slices Black forest ham
8 slices Swiss emmenthal cheese
½ cup Melted butter
1 cup Fine bread crumbs
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Parsley flakes
Pepper

From: snunuk@... (steve nunuk) Date: Fri, 05 Jul 1996 17:59:22 -0700 Pound each chicken breast very thin between two sheets wax paper. Place chicken breasts, skin side down on flat surface. Place a slice of ham then a slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up chicken, enclosing cheese and ham. Secure with wooden toothpicks. Dip the rolls in melted butter and then a mixture of the bread crumbs,salt,paprika,parsley flakes and pepper.

Place the rolls in a casserole dish so they are close together. Any extra butter can be drizzled over the rolls. Bake at 375 F(190C) for about 35 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings. I usually add alot more spices to bread crumb mixture like basil or crushed garlic.
