Chicken wings in oyster sauce ^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons Peanut oil
2 cloves Garlic, halved
8 Chicken wings
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon Sugar
½ cup Water

Directions

Preheat wok or frying pan; coat bottom and sides with oil. Rub bottom and sides with garlic, then discard garlic. Disjoint wings into three pieces. Add middles and tips of wings to pan and brown on both sides.

Add remaining pieces and brown also. Mix soy and oyster sauces together and add to wings. Stir in sugar and water. Cover and cook over medium low heat for 15 minutes. Serve.
