Oriental deep fried chicken wings

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 Pieces wings
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
1 tablespoon Cooking wine
1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Msg or gourmet powder
Pinch of pepper

Directions

1. Marinate chicken wings with all ingr. mix well and let stand for 2 hrs stirring now and then. 2. In wok, heat 6 cups of oil until smoking hot.

Deep fry wings until brown, takes 15 to 20 min. Posted by Ann Benn.
