½ | cup | Kraft fatfree Miracle Whip |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 | teaspoon | Bakinf soda |
2 | cups | Flour |
½ | cup | Mrs. Richardsons or Kroger fatfree caramel topping |
1 | cup | Braum's or Mrs. Richardson's fatfree fudge topping |
1 | cup | Grape Nuts cereal |
Directions
Heat oven to 350F. Cream Egg Beaters, sugars, Miracle Whip and vanilla. Add flour and baking soda. Set aside 1 cup of the batter.
Spread remaining batter into a 13 x 9" baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes. Spread with carames and fudge toppings. Sprinkle Grape Nuts over this. Spoon reserved 1 cup batter by teaspoonfuls over the Grape Nuts. continue baking 12-15 minutes or until evenly browned.
Cool; cut into squares. These can be served alone as cookie bars or warm with fatfree ice cream or nonfat frozen yogurt on top for a delicious dessert.
