Ingredients

2 Egg whites
¼ teaspoon Cream of tartar
teaspoon Salt
½ cup Sugar
6 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate, melted
½ teaspoon Vanilla
¾ cup Walnuts, chopped

Directions

Heat oven to 350ø. Grease cookie sheets. Combine egg whites, cream of tartar and salt; beat to a fine foam. Fold in chocolate, vanilla and walnuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake in upper third of oven at 350ø for 10 minutes. Using broad spatula, immediately remove from cookie sheets; cool on wire racks.
