Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Soy flour, defatted
1 cup Brown rice flour
Or garbanzo bean flour -- *

2 teaspoons Baking powder
2 teaspoons Honey
1 tablespoon Applesauce
cup Water

Directions

Combine ingredients, mixing well. Drop by spoonfulls onto lightly oiled or non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 325 degrees until brown on edges.
