Cilantro lime salsa

2 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
1 | Jalapeno; stem, seed, mince |
Directions
Mix onion, cilantro, parsley, oil, lime juice, vinegar, garlic, and chile in a nonmetallic bowl.
Makes 2½ cups.
